Chenyang Xue received his bachelor's degree in theoretical physics in 1994; M.S. degree in Opto-Electronics Technology in 1982 from Shanxi University of China; and Ph.D. degree in Semiconductor Physics in 2003 from the National Technical University of Athens, Greece. He visited the University of Oxford and the Microsystems Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as a Senior Visiting Scholar in 2008 and 2011, respectively. Since 2005, he has been serving in the Key Laboratory of Dynamic Test Instrument Science, Ministry of Education, North University of China, as the Deputy Director, where he is currently a Full Professor. He was awarded a national award and four provincial awards. His current research interests include sensor technology and micro-nano devices and systems.
