Fengzhong Wang received his bachelor’s degree
in Microbiology from Shandong University in 1995, a master’s degree in
Microbiology from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1998, an MBA from
the University of Iowa in 2005, and a Ph.D. in Agricultural Product Processing
and Safety from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 2011. He is a director
at the Institute of Food Science and Technology. His research interests mainly
focus on fungal immunomodulatory protein; nectria hematococca; and NMR
metabolomics.
