Dr. Tapas Mandal

Prof. T.K. Mandal is an esteemed international professor at the School of Biotechnology/Mechanical Engineering, Yeungnam University, South Korea. His research spans interdisciplinary fields, including industrial materials, biomedical nanomaterials, device development, supercapacitors, battery materials, and non-toxic cosmetics. Prof. Mandal is also the founder and CEO of Ladman Health Care Pvt. Ltd., India. He has a prolific academic career, with over 100 research articles published in reputed SCI journals with high impact factors and more than 10 national and international patents. His exceptional research has earned him numerous international awards, including the TWAS Visiting Scientist Award in 2014 from China, the Young Scientist Award from DST, India, and the Advanced Materials Award 2024 from the International Association for Advanced Materials, recognizing his outstanding contributions to materials science and technology. In 2022, he was honored with the Best Young Scientist Award from the South Korean Chemical Society. Additionally, Prof. Mandal serves as an editor for several prestigious international SCI journals.
