Po-Yu Kuo was born in Taichung, Taiwan, in 1980. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from The University of Texas at Dallas in Electrical Engineering in 2006 and 2011, respectively. In 2013, he joined the Department of Electronic Engineering in National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Yunlin, Taiwan, where he is currently an associate professor. His research interests include the analog circuits, power management circuits, and biosensors measurement.
