Currently, I am Researcher-Professor affiliated with the Institute of Translational Nutrigenetics and Nutrigenomics (INNUGET) at the University Center for Health Sciences (CUCS), University of Guadalajara (UDG). My research focuses on nutrigenomics, particularly on the search for bioactive compounds in natural foods that may contribute to the prevention or treatment of obesity.
