A secure, smart and peer-to-peer transactions framework can be developed by Blockchain. Blockchain has enormous potential to turn health care systems as a horizontal technology, which has changed many fields of industry. The aim of this article is to critically review 50 papers published between 2015 and 2020 on blockchain-based health systems. 36 of these were journal papers; 7 were from conferences, 4 were from various symposiums; 3 were from seminars and 1 chapter was written in the book. Three key questions will be answered in this report. Firstly, what are the emerging trends of blockchain application development in healthcare from a technical perspective? Secondly, in what ways will the systematic analysis presented here contribute to a better understanding of the potential for incorporating blockchain-based technologies into the healthcare domain? Third, what are the important challenges in adopting blockchain as a solution in the healthcare domain? The descriptive analysis contains in this article shows the statistical statistics on the strategies of these 50 papers reveal that many of the blockchain systems proposed are using privately held blockchain and Ethereum platforms. We also address possible emerging trends of blockchain application such as blockchain integration with artificial intelligence, cloud based solutions and parallel block chain architecture.

Background: Today’s healthcare organizations want to implement secure and quality healthcare software as cyber-security is a significant risk factor for healthcare data. Considering security requirements during trustworthy healthcare software development process is an essential part of the quality software development. There are several Security Requirements Engineering (SRE) methodologies, framework, process, standards available today. Unfortunately, there is still a necessity to improve these security requirements engineering approaches. Determining the most suitable security requirements engineering method for trustworthy healthcare software development is a challenging process. This study is aimed to present security experts’ perspective on the relative importance of the criteria for selecting effective SRE method by utilizing the multi-criteria decision making methods. Methods: The study was planned and conducted to identify the most appropriate SRE approach for quality and trustworthy software development based on the security expert’s knowledge and experience. The hierarchical model was evaluated by using fuzzy TOPSIS model. Effective SRE selection criteria were compared in pairs. 25 security experts were asked to response the pairwise criteria comparison form. Results: The impact of the recognized selection criteria for effective security requirements engineering approaches has been evaluated quantitatively. For each of the 25 participants, comparison matrixes were formed based on the scores of their responses in the form. The consistency ratios (CR) were found to be smaller than 10% (CR = 9.1% < 10%). According to pairwise comparisons result; with a 0.842 closeness coefficient (Ci), STORE methodology is the most effective security requirements engineering approach for trustworthy healthcare software development. Conclusions: The findings of this research study demonstrate various factors in the decision-making process for the selection of a reliable method for security requirements engineering. This is a significant study that uses multi-criteria decision-making tools, specifically fuzzy TOPSIS, which used to evaluate different SRE methods for secure and trustworthy healthcare application development.

The primary goal of this research study, in the field of information technology (IT), is to improve the security and durability of software. A quantum computing-based security algorithm springs quite a lot of symmetrical approaches and procedures to ensure optimum software retreat. The accurate assessment of software’s durability and security is a dynamic aspect in assessing, administrating, and controlling security for strengthening the features of security. This paper essentially emphasises the demarcation and depiction of quantum computing from a software security perspective. At present, different symmetrical-based cryptography approaches or algorithms are being used to protect different government and non-government sectors, such as banks, healthcare sectors, defense, transport, automobiles, navigators, weather forecasting, etc., to ensure software durability and security. However, many crypto schemes are likely to collapse when a large qubit-based quantum computer is developed. In such a scenario, it is necessary to pay attention to the security alternatives based on quantum computing. Presently, the different factors of software durability are usability, dependability, trustworthiness, and human trust. In this study, we have also classified the durability level in the second stage. The intention of the evaluation of the impact on security over quantum duration is to estimate and assess the security durability of software. In this research investigation, we have followed the symmetrical hybrid technique of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and fuzzy technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (FTOPSIS). The obtained results, and the method used in this estimation, would make a significant contribution to future research for organising software security and durability (SSD) in the presence of a quantum computer.

One year during the pandemic of COVID 19, numerous viable possibilities have been created in worldwide efforts to create and disseminate a viable vaccine. The rapid development of numerous vaccinations is remarkable; generally, the procedure takes 8 to 15 years. The vaccination of a critical proportion of the global population, which is vital for containing the pandemic, is now facing a new set of hurdles, including hazardous new strains of the virus, worldwide competition over a shortage of doses, as well as public suspicion about the vaccinations. A safe and efficacious vaccine COVID-19 is borne fruit globally. There are presently more than a dozen vaccinations worldwide authorized; many more continue to be developed. This paper used COVID-19 vaccine related tweets to present an overview of the public’s reactions on current vaccination drives by using thematic sentiment and emotional analysis, and demographics interpretation to people. Further, experiments were carried out for sentiment analysis in order to uncover fresh information about the effect of location and gender. Overall Tweets were generally negative in tone and a huge vaccination trend can be seen in global health perspectives, as evidenced by the analysis of the role of comprehensive science and research in vaccination.

The majority of medical equipment in use today does not have built-in security features. As a result, whether linked to a hospital system or the cloud, these devices’ built-in weaknesses make them vulnerable to a variety of cyberattacks. In hospitals and clinics, hackers can breach equipment, manipulate data, and disrupt facilities, putting patients’ health as well as their lives in jeopardy. A professional can manage cybersecurity threats by lowering the attack surface of the system. Security analysis, whether as a means to detect possible vulnerabilities that can be exploited by attackers or as a means to prevent cyberattacks, plays an important role in risk mitigation. In addition, throughout the pre-market and post-market phases, security checks are required. This study presents a paradigm for incorporating security check concepts into medical device design and development and healthcare big data security. The security of devices and healthcare data is tested by the integrated fuzzy AHP-TOPSIS method. After the security check of devices, with the parameters security-checked for data, the algorithm is designed and implemented. As a result, the appropriate customized security controls are prompted in order to impede the attack.
