The aim of this research was to establish features of the liver histo-hematic barriers ultrastructural organization of the Anglo-Nubian goat. The liver of an adult Anglo-Nubian goat was used as the material. The work was carried out using the electron microscopic method. Liver parenchymal tissue fragments were selected. These samples were fixed in a 2.0% glutaraldehyde solution on a cacodylate buffer for two hours. They were then washed in three portions of the same buffer and post-fixed in a 1.0% solution of osmium tetrachloride for one hour. The samples were then dehydrated in alcohols of ascending concentration and absolute acetone. The subsequent filling of the fragments was carried out in Epon-812. Ultrathin sections were obtained on an ultramicrotome, contrasted with a 2.0% aqueous solution of uranyl acetate and a solution of lead citrate. The ultrathin sections were photographed with a Jem-1011 electron microscope at magnifications of 2500-3000. Two histo-hematic barriers are detected in the liver of the studied animals hemato-hepatic and hepatobiliary. The hemato-hepatic barrier is formed by the plasmalemma of the apical end of the hepatocyte, covered by the glycocalyx, the perisinusoidal space of the Disse, the endotheliocyte of the sinusoid capillary, as well as Kupfer cells located in the lumen of the latter. The hepatobiliary includes all of the above structures, with the exception of Kupfer cells, as well as the plasmalemma of the basal end of the hepatocyte. All of the above structures in their organization have characteristic species features for Anglo-Nubian goats.

Introduction. The question of the possibility of recovery of postischemic myocardium remains relevant.Aim. The aim of the study was to study the effect of dispersed decellularized allogeneic extracellular matrix (allogeneic biomaterial, DAB) on the developed fibrous degeneration of the myocardium, as well as to reveal the possible mechanisms of cellular regeneration.Materials and methods. The muscular wall of the heart of rats was subjected to cryodestruction. After 45 days, the rats of the main group were intramyocardially injected with a suspension of allogeneic biomaterialinto the area of the affected myocardium, and the rats of the control group were injected with saline. Results and discussions. In the experimental group, there was a regression of the formed fibrous connective tissue, chemoattraction of progenitor cells, their differentiation and integration into the myocardium. The thickness of the muscular part of the wall of the left ventricle was three orders of magnitude higher than in the control group.Conclusion. Analysis of the results of the study indicates that the heart in adult mammals has a powerful regenerative reserve. It is likely that, based on the use of DAB, a protocol can be developed that allows the restoration of the heart muscle even in conditions of already developed fibrous degeneration.

Introduction. It is known that the problem of regeneration of damaged peripheral nerves is one of the leading problems in traumatology and neurosurgery.Aim. Aim of the study is to determine the features of the innervation of facial muscles when using allogeneic biomaterials.Materials and methods. The experiment was performed on Chinchilla rabbits (n = 36). The facial nerve was cut in the animals. In the control group (n = 9), the wound was sewn up, in the 1st experimental group (n = 12), a fragment of their masticatory muscle was sewn together with a neurovascular bundle to the denervated buccal muscle. In the 2nd experimental group (n = 15), dispersed allogeneic biomaterials "Regeneration stimulator" and "Vasculogenesis stimulator" were injected into the muscle junction in the operation zone. Rabbits were withdrawn from the experiment for 10, 30, 60 and 180 days. Tissue pieces from the surgery area were examined by transmission electron microscopy. Results and discussion. In the control and 1st experimental groups, the experiment ended with scarring of the operating area and contracture of facial muscles. In the 2nd experimental group, signs of tissue revascularization and axon germination to the buccal muscle with the restoration of individual neuromuscular synapses were revealed.Conclusion. The use of allogeneic biomaterials in operations to restore damaged peripheral nerves accompanying muscles creates conditions not only for the restoration of muscle fibers, but also the vascular bed, as well as nerve elements with neuromuscular connections.

The liver is a biochemical laboratory of blood, which is a unique biological filter. Thanks to her work, toxic substances are inactivated. In this case, in the case of excessive intake, liver damage occurs, which leads to various metabolic disorders that cause the development of general intoxication. The latter causes an aggravation of the clinical picture and the severity of the treatment for these pathologies, which is sometimes ineffective. This is especially true for rare cases. Given these circumstances, the goal was to analyze a clinical case of copper–dependent hepatosis in a dog to determine the effectiveness of the chosen tactics for the diagnosis and treatment of copper-dependent hepatosis. The preliminary diagnosis of "copper-dependent hepatosis" was made on the basis of data obtained during clinical and biochemical blood examination, physical examination, ultrasound examination of the abdominal organs. The diagnosis was confirmed by the results of a histomorphological examination of liver tissues, histological sections of which were additionally stained with rhodamine in order to detect copper accumulations in hepatocytes. After diagnosis, the animal was prescribed treatment including diet therapy using a diet with a reduced copper content (feed) and oral administration of the drug Kuprenil at a dose of 250.0 mg per day (1 tablet twice a day 30 minutes before meals), a course of two months. This treatment regimen proved to be effective, which was confirmed by the tendency to normalize the clinical and biochemical parameters of the blood, as well as the general condition of the animal.

The aim of the study was to analyze the adaptation of the cardiovascular system of service dogs to the loads of the search and rescue profile, based on the data of echo and electrocardiographic studies. The study included clinically healthy dogs of medium breeds of the search and canine service, divided into two groups. The animals of the first group participated in the normalized, and the animals of the second group in the non-normalized search and rescue operations. There were 10 animals in each group that had no significant health abnormalities according to the clinical examination. EchoCG was performed on the Mindray DC-8 Exp device using a sector phased and microconvex sensor. The ECG was recorded using a Poly-Spektr-8/V device using the standard lead method, and the ECG was taken within five minutes. The statistical analysis of the obtained data was performed in the Microsoft Excel 2016 program. As a result of the research, it was found that the participation of medium-breed dogs in prolonged PSR of any type leads to changes in echocardiographic and electrocardiographic parameters, which is due to the forced adaptation of the cardiovascular system to increased stress. After participating in long-term non-normalized PSR, they showed a significant increase in the values of the final systolic size (DAC) and the final diastolic size of the CDR, an increase in heart rate (HR), shortening fraction, amplitude of the Q, R and T waves, QT/TQ ratio, PQ interval, aortic diameter, against the background of a decrease in the numerical value the electrical axis of the heart (EOS). At the same time, the increases in the thickness of the interventricular septum (IVP) and the posterior wall of the left ventricle (LVL) revealed in the second group indicate a tendency towards the development of concentric hypertrophy of the left ventricle (LV) and are an indication for regular EchoCG in animals participating in prolonged abnormal PSR, necessary for the timely detection of secondary cardiovascular disorders.
