Prof. Lee Jaesun is a professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering and currently serves as the Vice Dean of Planning at Changwon National University, Korea. He obtained his PhD from Pusan National University in Korea. He worked at the Korea Railroad Research Institute (KRRI), Korea, and he joined the School of Mechanical Engineering of Changwon National University (CWNU), South Korea, as a tenured member of the track faculty. His research includes ultrasonic NDE and structural health monitoring, long-range guided wave inspection technology, theoretical wave scattering analysis, tomographic defect imaging, structural analysis, and nonlinear ultrasonic material characterization. He is currently leading the NDE research group at CWNU, which has several nationally funded projects, including the National Regional Leading Research Center.
