Łukasz Nazarko received his Ph.D. degree in
Economics from the University of Economics, Katowice, Poland (with
distinction). He is an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Engineering
Management, Bialystok University of Technology, Poland. He has participated as
a research team member in many national and international research projects. He
has been a visiting research fellow with the University of Tokyo, Japan,
VilniusTech, Lithuania, and Rzeszow University of Technology, Poland. He serves
as a Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Engineering Management in Production and
Services and is a Board Member of the Polish Association for Technology
Assessment. He has authored or co-authored more than 80 scientific papers in
his areas research. His current research interests include foresight,
technology assessment, innovation policy, and responsible research and
innovation.
