Dr Vafiadis received his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in 2009. In 2016 he received his PhD from the University of Western Macedonia, Greece. He is currently working as a Member of the Laboratory Teaching Staff in the Deparment of Mechanical Engineering of the University of Western Macedonia. His main research interests include the investigation of the flow around wings and bodies; aerodynamics of rotors and propellers and computational fluid methods in aerodynamics.
