Prof. Dr. Zhou received the B.E. degree in communication engineering from Beijing Information Science and Technology University, Beijing, China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2010. He was with the Academy of Opto-Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences during 2010 and 2019, and he is currently a Professor of Electronic and Information Engineering with the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing, China. His general research interests include target detection and recognition from microwave remotely sensed image, digital signal and image processing.
