Dr. Fei Ma received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electronic and information engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (BUAA), Beijing, China, in 2013, 2016, and 2020, respectively. From 2017 to 2018, he was a Research Fellow with the Department of Electrical Engineering, McGill University, Montreal, QC, Canada. Since 2020, he has been a Full Associate Professor with the College of Information Science and Technology, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Beijing. His research interests include synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image processing, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and target detection.
