This paper deals with a solar still for distilled water, using the heat of the sun to evaporate, cool and then collect the water. They are used in areas where drinking water is unavailable, so that clean water is obtained from dirty water or from plants by exposing them to sunlight; vacuum pressure is delivered to still-type solar. The reason for selecting vacuum pressure is that during the monsoon and cloudy days, solar intensity will not be high as it leads to evaporation at lower temperature saline water under the soar still. The basin area for the production of 5 litres per day of fresh water is determined as 1.44 m2and the solar still basin area of 1.44 m2 and 21.5° tilt angle are designed. Solar energy be may used full to alternate in electrical power and to purify water in future. Finally, the performance was analysed for the solar still with a vacuum pressure at 0.6 bar. The outcome of the theoretical analysis shows that adoption of 0.6 bar pressure inside the solar still improves the average performance by 30%. In order to overcome this problem, vacuum could be applied for the better performance of the solar still during the low solar intensity periods.

With modernisation and growth in the variability of cars worldwide, the use of diesel and gasoline has tremendously risen. It has become clear that within decades, the availability of oil will be insufficient to meet the demand. There is a need to seek alternative fuels for cars and other vehicles. A different fuel is any material or substance, aside from fossil oil, that is used to supply energy to power any engine. Completely different technologies are presently established for alternative fuels, which might take the place of petroleum. Our project studies the availability of biodiesel. We have obtained biodiesel using fish waste and tested the functioning of the internal combustion engine on aspects such as brake power, indicated power, brake thermal strength, indicated thermal strength, mechanical strength, specific fuel ingestion and emissions from the engine. The parameters like hot worth and density have shown higher results than the commercially accessible petroleum–diesel.

Computational fluid dynamics is one of the parts of fluid mechanics and calculating numerical methods are solving the various flows of fluid. Two-dimensional models, which is to solve the flow rate of supersonic flow and analyzed the mathematical operations, which has solved the energy equations. This iteration process has analyzed and shown better results of temperature and static pressure, velocity, static temperature. The investigating results showing better temperature and velocity flows. The 2D nozzle line diagram is done in Ansys 14.5 geometry modular and calculated iteration process can be done in fluid flow. The nozzle is done and meshes using automatic method and sizing of different value of the meshing process. In the order to analyzed the Ansys fluent software and solved the flow process of the convergent-divergent iteration nozzle. Standard nozzle equation manually calculated and compared with analyzing the results.

Composites are driving positive developments in the automobile sector. In this study investigated the use of composite fins in radiators using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to analyze the fluid-flow phenomenon of nanoparticles and hydrogen gas. Our world is rapidly transforming, and new technologies are leading to positive revolutions in today’s society. In this study successfully analyzed the entire thermal simulation processes of the radiator, as well as the composite fin arrangements with stress efficiency rates. The study examined the velocity path, pressure variations, and temperature distribution in the radiator setup. As found that nanoparticles and composite fins provide superior thermal heat rates and results. The combination of an aluminum radiator and composite fins in future models will support the control of cooling systems in automotive applications. The final investigation statement showed a 12% improvement with nanoparticles, where the velocity was 1.61 m/s and the radiator system’s pressure volume was 2.44 MPa. In the fin condition, the stress rate was 3.60 N/mm2.

The present paper focuses on evaluating the bonding strength interfaces between the contact materials such as AISI 304L and Ti-6Al-4V via. the friction welding (FW). Experimental tests are performed by considering the process parameters such as friction time, rotational speed and friction pressure, mechanical properties were evaluated. The rotational speed of 1800, 1600, 2100, 2300 and 2500 rpm were considered in the study. The response surface methodology (RSM) is used to predict the outcomes of the work. Experimental tests were revealed that the friction pressure of 160 MPa, 7 sec of friction time and speed of 2300rpm are the optimal parameters based on the joint strength. Also, observed that the aluminum interlayer thickness of 1.25 μm on the Ti-6Al-4V side and 1.38 μm on the AISI 304L side. The tensile strength of 143.39 MPa was noticed at the interface area. The RSM response generates the curved potential line frequency range with 6.5% elongations. Results confirm that, the response surface methodology outcomes and experimental values were in close agreement.

Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs) are of tremendous help in the situations where human loss and injury can be avoided. Solar energy is completely dependable and bolstering form of energy which would be compliant to quench the needs of future energy requirements. Combining both Solar power and UAV will but buttress a variety of operations, limited only by imagination. The aircraft we have designed is in UAV, which can be used for short-range surveillance. The UAV runs on solar power and electric motors and therefore is reliable, cost-effective and non-polluting. Unlike others, UAVs are very light weight, making them portable. The wing uses SD7032 aero foil to support the sail plane characteristics of the t UAV. The tail plane is of V tail type to cut down weight. It can be controlled from the ground using a transmitter/receiver set. Proper utilisation of the UAV promises life-saving situations and a perfect substitute for manned surveillance.
