Santolo Daliento is currently working as a full Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, University Federico II, where he teaches analog electronics and photovoltaic devices and systems. He received the Laurea and Ph.D. degrees in electronic engineering from the University Federico II, Naples, Italy, in 1992 and 1996, respectively. In 2014, he authored the book “Dispositivi e Sistemi Fotovoltaici”. His research interests include modeling power devices, lifetime engineering treatments, semiconductor characterization techniques, and innovative photovoltaic devices.
