Prof. Panagiotis Berillis has a degree in Physics and a PhD in Biophysics. He is a Professor at the University of Thessaly—Department of Ichthyology & Aquatic Environment. He has published over 100 papers in scientific journals and conference proceedings. His research interests are focused on the histology/histopathology of aquatic organisms, aquaponics, collagen and tissue mechanical properties.
