Background/Objectives: Artificial intelligence (AI) has attracted great interest due to its applicability in many fields. The adoption of visual illustration techniques produced by AI in the field of graphic design has further expanded the field of use of this technology. This study focuses on foot anatomy illustrations generated by Adobe Firefly and Microsoft Designer Image Creator applications, evaluating them based on detail, clarity, anatomical realism, accuracy, and aesthetic appeal. Methods: The illustrations were created using text-based scripts, and five anatomists compared them to traditional illustrations from the Sobotta Atlas of Human Anatomy. Results: Fleiss’ Kappa statistic was used to analyze consistency among expert evaluations. For the four figures generated by both AI applications, Fleiss’ Kappa agreement was high. Adobe Firefly performed slightly better in illustrating phalanx and ankle bones, but its anatomical accuracy was lower for tarsal and metatarsal bones. Microsoft Designer Image Creator excelled in illustrating metatarsal bones, while its tarsal and phalanx illustrations were less anatomically accurate than Adobe Firefly and the atlas drawings. Both programs showed average realism in ankle structures, while the tarsal bones had low realism. Conclusions: Artificial intelligence applications within the scope of the study showed fast performance. Aesthetic appeal is dominant at first glance in the resulting drawings. In general, both applications have struggled to reflect anatomical reality.

Purpose: With technological advancements, brands have increasingly carried out their marketing activities in digital environments, leading to the rise of digital marketing. Digital marketing refers to the promotion of products and services through digital platforms and tools. It has required brands to make more effort to influence consumer behavior and differentiate themselves from competitors. In this context, brands operating in the marketing field have started to seek support from various areas, one of which is public relations. In marketing, public relations aims to influence consumers by establishing communication and interaction with them, ensuring brand awareness, and increasing sales. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of public relations factors in digital marketing on online shopping behavior. Design/methodology/approach: In the study, scales for "public relations in digital marketing" and "online shopping behavior" were initially developed. In this context, three components of the public relations scale in digital marketing and four components of the online shopping scale emerged. The developed scales were applied to 1,085 consumers in Istanbul using purposive and simple random sampling methods through Google Forms in April and May 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS program. Results: The study concluded that public relations factors in digital marketing influence online shopping behavior. Discussion: The findings of this research highlight the significant role of public relations factors in digital marketing. Future studies could provide more comprehensive insights by examining the impact of public relations activities on online shopping behavior in greater depth and through comparisons with brands from different industries.

Graphic design has become a multidisciplinary field that goes beyond aesthetic concerns where art and technology are blended. For this reason, studies on graphic design and strategies in the Web of Science database were examined using bibliometric analysis. In the research, data such as types and numbers of publications, publication language, distribution of topics by years, authors' profile networks and number of connections, results of author collaborations, co-authorship analysis, keyword analysis, country analysis of publications and citation power were collected. The collected data were visualised in tables. In the research, it was observed that there has been an increase in the number of graphic design publications since 2010. Studies were more preferred especially in the fields of art, design and communication. It was also revealed that there are interdisciplinary connections in the studies. The results of the research will guide graphic design and interdisciplinary studies from a holistic perspective. It is also predicted that the data obtained will shed light on new research topics and make significant contributions to the literature.

İnsanlık tarihi boyunca az sayıda olgu toplumları, kültürleri, iş yapış ve gündelik yaşam biçimlerini salgınların yarattığı biçimde şekillendirmiştir. Tarih boyunca yaşanan çeşitli salgınlar (veba, kolera, sarıhumma, grip, SARS, ebola, MERS) toplumları yok etmiş, savaşların sonuçlarını değiştirmiş, büyük göç dalgalarına sebep olmuş, ticaret yollarını değiştirmiş, gıda üretiminin azalmasıylabirlikte kıtlıklara sebep olmuş, finansal krizlere yol açmış, ekolojik dengeyi değiştirmiş, büyük iş gücü kayıplarına sebep olurken işsizlik oranlarını da artırmış, halk sağlığı alanındaki yetersizlikleri ve eşitsizlikleri gözler önüne sermiştir.

Objective: In this study, the efficiency of vitamin C on the prevention or reduction of transport induced stress in ring-necked pheasants was investigated. Material and Method: Two experimental and a control group were formed in the study. Vitamin C was given to the experimental groups in the drinking water for one week at the levels of 200 (AA1) and 400 (AA2) mg/kg BW daily. After one week, the pheasants were transported and the plasma corticosterone levels and heterophil/lymphocyte ratio were determined before and after transport. Results: When the values obtained before and after transplantation were compared, a significant increase was found after transplantation for both parameters in the control group, while a significant increase was found only in plasma CS levels in the AA1 and AA2 groups. All parameters before and after transport were similar in all three groups. After transport, level of plasma corticosterone and heterophil/lymphocyte ratio were similar in the experimental groups, but these parameters were lower than the control group. Conclusion: Administration of oral vitamin C for one week before transportation decreases transport induced stress response.
