Dr. Emilio García Moreno

Dr. Emilio García Moreno received the Technical Engineering degree in 1988 from the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), the Electronic Engineering degree in 1995 from the Universitat de València (UV) and the Ph.D. degree in 2000 from the UPV in Industrial Engineering. Since 1989 he has been with the Department of Control & Automation Systems Engineering of the UPV. Actually he is Associate Professor of Process Control & Automation Engineering. His research interest covers discrete-event and hybrid control systems, fault diagnosis and predictive supervision and applications in renewable energy systems. He has been principal researcher in different projects supported by the Spanish MCIN. He is a research member of the Supervisory Control & Automation Engineering Systems Research Group at the Institute of Automation and Industrial Informatics of Universitat Politècnica de València.
