The object of the study is energy efficiency and innovation activity of industrial enterprises. The literature review has shown that the problem of the nature of mutual influence of energy efficiency and innovation activity of the enterprise remains unresolved. The following problem was investigated: existence and nature of dependence of energy efficiency and innovation activity of industrial enterprises. This problem is solved in this study based on the construction of trend lines on the average annual dynamics of changes in energy efficiency, the share of intangible assets and the share of R&D results of large industrial enterprises for 2018–2022. The following results were obtained: – indicators of the share of intangible assets and R&D results directly affect the energy efficiency indicator; – the indicator of energy efficiency does not affect the indicator of the share of intangible assets, while it has a direct impact on the indicator of R&D results. These results explain the priority of the indicator "share of R&D results" in innovation activity for the energy efficiency of enterprises, as it is based on real production. The features of the obtained results consist in the application of comparable correlation analysis coefficients, confirming the existence of a direct relationship between these parameters. The paper provides recommendations on the use of the obtained results at the level of strategic management of an industrial enterprise. The practical significance of this study is the possibility of applying the findings and recommendations to improve the energy efficiency of industrial enterprises in their innovative development in the scope and conditions corresponding to the developing economy

The dairy sector represents a fundamental component of the agro-industrial complex, ensuring food security and contributing to the sustainable development of rural areas. The object of the study is the dairy industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, while the core problem addressed is the need to enhance its resilience under conditions of limited investment attractiveness, weak infrastructure, and structural imbalance between production and processing capacities. The research results reveal a set of systemic problems: insufficient breeding practices, shortage of high-quality fodder, underdeveloped milk processing facilities, and low competitiveness of dairy products in international markets. Quantitative analysis has shown that the average milk yield per cow remains at 2,400–2,600 kg per year, which is 2.5–3 times lower than in leading dairy-producing countries. In addition, only 65–70% of raw milk is processed at industrial facilities, leaving a significant share in the informal sector. The interpretation of the findings demonstrates that the successful development of the dairy sector depends on a systemic approach to resource efficiency, technological modernization, and the establishment of a balanced agricultural policy. A distinctive feature of the study is the comprehensive assessment of institutional and technological factors, which allowed the identification of sustainable mechanisms for improving both milk production and processing efficiency. The practical significance of the results lies in their applicability for the development of state support strategies for the agro-industrial complex, the design of regional agricultural modernization programs, as well as the activities of dairy processing enterprises focused on export promotion and strengthening domestic competitiveness

The development of the digital economy causes cardinal socio-economic shifts, including those in the field of labor relations. Therefore, the study of basic processes of functioning and development of the labor market is an urgent task. Research methods: generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, structural-logical analysis, monographic method, statistical modeling methods, machine learning methods, neural network modeling, fuzzy logic. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological approach to the study of basic processes of functioning and development of the labor market under the conditions of digitalization. The hypothesis of the study – the digitalization of the economy activates structural shifts in the labor market, which can cause imbalances that can be eliminated through the development of human potential. In the course of the study, it was found that the existing methods and tools in this area are not sufficient for diagnosing the labor market under the conditions of digitalization. The article proposes the author’s methodology of analysis, based on two complex parameters: flexibility and social protection. Also, using the tools of fuzzy logic, an approach to assessing the level of social security and protection of the population was developed. The use of the approaches proposed in the article will make it possible to determine the specifics of the development of labor resources and the ongoing transformations in the structure of employment under the influence of modern technology and will also make it possible to substantiate measures of state regulation and support adequate to the challenges of our time.

Background and Study Aim. The World Health Organization has recognized that insufficient physical activity is a serious public health problem. A large number of studies are devoted to improving livelihoods and increasing life expectancy of the population through the formation of guidelines for a healthy lifestyle. Regular physical activity is one of the most important components of maintaining health and healthy aging. Many European countries already have well-developed social programs to support physical activity among older people. This includes the organization of sporting events, financial support for clubs for seniors, as well as infrastructure that promotes an active lifestyle (active parks, walking and cycling paths, a sufficient number of swimming pools, etc.). Therefore, the purpose of the study was to identify the effectiveness of complex motor training on the morphofunctional and psycho-emotional state of elderly people from different countries of Europe and Asia. Material and Methods. The study involved 240 (30 men and 30 women each from Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine) elderly people (the average age of the study participants was 68.24±3.01 years). The groups were homogeneous in age, gender, social status, interests, level of physical fitness, functionality and motivation. The study participants followed a developed physical activity program for older people. Classes lasted a year, 3 times a week, lasting 60 minutes each. The program included theoretical and practical parts. Theoretical material concerned the benefits of physical activity, motor mode and dosage of exercise for older people. The practical part included the most common types of physical education and health activities among older people (swimming, Nordic walking, health tourism). The study involved assessing the morphofunctional state of older people by determining body mass indexes, functional changes and Robinsonal, as well as the Skibinsky and Rufier tests, and the assessment of well-being, activity and mood (WAM) was carried out using a questionnaire Results. During the study, we measured morphofunctional indicators and determined the psycho-emotional state of elderly people from Poland, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Ukraine, who were engaged in a developed program using various types of physical activity, namely: swimming, Nordic walking, health tourism Conclusions. The results obtained indicate the effectiveness of using a comprehensive physical activity program among older women and men from different countries of Europe and Asia. All participants showed positive changes in all indicators. Minor changes over the course of a year of training according to the developed program in the indicators of the morphofunctional and psycho-emotional state of elderly people from Poland indicate that a healthy lifestyle is being popularized in the European Union country and conditions are being created for regular physical activity of the population, including older people.

An important factor in the development of tourism within transboundary territories may be unique tourist resources, or special areas. Border territories often turn into gambling zones, especially in those cases when the industry of gambling entertainment is prohibited in neighboring countries. In addition, a tourist product can be formed on the basis of unique tourist resources, united by a common idea or historical plot. You can get to know them only by traveling from a neighboring or nearby country. Tourists are attracted to the border space by duty-free trade, a large selection of goods, lower prices, convenient opening hours. On the basis of the Agreement, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic will contribute to expanding cooperation in the field of tourism in order to familiarize citizens of their states with achievements in the field of economics, social development, culture, nature and sights, as well as historical monuments and national traditions of the peoples of the three countries. The parties will cooperate in the development of international tourism on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and, in order to increase the tourist flow, facilitate the simplification of visa and customs formalities, exchange lists of travel agencies. The Parties will facilitate the exchange of experience in all areas of international and domestic tourism, promote cooperation between the national tourism administrations of the Parties and other organizations involved in tourism and its development. The parties will also facilitate the dissemination of tourist information to attract the flow of tourists through the publication of promotional materials, the exchange of information, print media, exhibitions, films and the holding of various symposia and seminars. The parties will provide mutual assistance in the training of personnel of tourist complexes and facilitate the exchange of specialists of the relevant tourism authorities, assist the relevant departments and interested organizations in the creation of joint ventures and in the implementation of other investment projects in the tourism sector. The parties through the relevant tourism authorities will exchange views on cooperation, work experience in activities in international tourism organizations.
