This research work aims to scrutinize the mathematical model for the hybrid nanofluid flow in a converging and diverging channel. Titanium dioxide and silver are considered as solid nanoparticles while blood is considered a base solvent. The couple-stress fluid model is essentially use to describe the blood flow. Therefore, the couple-stress term was used in the recent study with the existence of a magnetic field and a Darcy–Forchheiner porous medium. The heat absorption/omission and radiation terms were also included in the energy equation for the sustainability of drug delivery. An endeavor was made to link the recent study with the applications of drug delivery. It has already been revealed by the available literature that the combination of with any other metal can destroy cancer cells more effectively than separately. Both the walls are stretchable/shrinkable, whereas flow is caused by a source or sink with α as a converging/diverging parameter. Governing equations were altered into the system of non-linear coupled equations by using the similarity variables. The homotopy analysis method (HAM) was applied to obtain the preferred solution. The influences of the modeled parameters have been calculated and displayed. The confrontation of wall shear stress and hybrid nanofluid flow increased as the couple stress parameter rose, which indicates an improvement in the stability of the base fluid (blood). The percentage (%) increase in the heat transfer rate with the variation of nanoparticle volume fraction was also calculated numerically and discussed theoretically.

This study focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the thermal characterization of an electrically conducting nanofluid flow containing TiO2 nanoparticles dissolved in two different common liquids (H2O and C2H6O2) and contained within a continuously extending disk. The heat and concentration formulation are modified by incorporating the standard interpretations of the Joule heating, energy source, dissipation, and modified activation energy with binary chemical reactions. The Darcy–Forchheimer addition is used to highlight the significance of porous media. The Brownian dispersion’s effects are clearly discernible in the current investigation. Furthermore, as a novelty, special thermophysical models of viscosity and thermal conductivity are included. The obtained differential formulations are tackled through the analytical procedure HAM. The veracity of the finding is verified through a numerical scheme (ND-solve technique). Using several graphs and charts, the perception trends of model factors are evaluated. The influence of and are estimated based on flow characteristics. The curve pattern for both nanofluids is declined by the increasing magnitude of and while thermal profile. The drag force and heat transmission rate are shown to optimize with as well as in the pictorial simulations produced from the existing model. The can also be strengthened by the presence of a high degree The outcomes are validated by previous studies and a good degree of consistency is revealed.
One of the most potential uses of artificial intelligence (AI), which has changed a number of industries, is in healthcare. The application of AI in healthcare is discussed in general in this study, with an emphasis on diagnosis, treatment, and prediction. In the area of diagnostics, AI has proven to be remarkably adept at deciphering X-rays, CT scans, and MRI pictures to spot illnesses and anomalies. A branch of AI known as deep learning algorithms has shown to be particularly good at accurately identifying and categorizing medical disorders. Large volumes of imaging data may be swiftly analyzed by AI systems, enabling medical personnel to diagnose patients more accurately and with fewer mistakes. Additionally, AI may combine patient information, genetic data, and other pertinent data to produce tailored diagnostic suggestions. Consequently, AI has become a game-changing force in healthcare, especially in the disciplines of diagnosis, treatment, and prediction. AI systems can help medical personnel make more precise diagnoses, create individualized treatment plans, and forecast patient outcomes by utilizing machine learning algorithms and advanced data analytics. While there are still difficulties, there are enormous potential advantages for AI in healthcare, and coordinated efforts are required to realize these advantages and assure its ethical and fair incorporation into healthcare systems.
Background: Allergens are antigens that can stimulate an atopic type I human hypersensitivity reaction by an immunoglobulin E (IgE) reaction. Some proteins are naturally allergenic than others. The challenge for toxicologists is to identify properties that allow proteins to cause allergic sensitization and allergic diseases. The identification of allergen proteins is a very critical and pivotal task. The experimental identification of protein functions is a hectic, laborious and costly task; therefore, computer scientists have proposed various methods in the field of computational biology and bioinformatics using various data science approaches. Objectives: Herein, we report a novel predictor for the identification of allergen proteins. Methods: For feature extraction, statistical moments and various position-based features have been incorporated into Chou’s pseudo amino acid composition (PseAAC), and are used for training of a neural network. Results: The predictor is validated through 10-fold cross-validation and Jackknife testing, which gave 99.43% and 99.87% accurate results. Conclusions: Thus, the proposed predictor can help in predicting the Allergen proteins in an efficient and accurate way and can provide baseline data for the discovery of new drugs and biomarkers.
B-cell epitopes have the capability to recognize and attach to the surface of antigen receptors to stimulate the immune system against pathogens. Identification of B-cell epitopes from antigens has a great significance in several biomedical and biotechnological applications, provides support in the development of therapeutics, design and development of an epitope-based vaccine and antibody production. However, the identification of epitopes with experimental mapping approaches is a challenging job and usually requires extensive laboratory efforts. However, considerable efforts have been placed for the identification of epitopes using computational methods in the recent past but deprived of considerable achievements. In this study, we present LBCEPred, a python-based web-tool (http://lbcepred.pythonanywhere.com/), build with random forest classifier and statistical moment-based descriptors to predict the B-cell epitopes from the protein sequences. LBECPred outperforms all sequence-based available models that are currently in use for the B-cell epitopes prediction, with 0.868 accuracy value and 0.934 area under the curve. Moreover, the prediction performance of proposed models compared to other state-of-the-art models is 56.3% higher on average for Mathews Correlation Coefficient. LBCEPred is easy to use tool even for novice users and has also shown the models stability and reliability, thus we believe in its significant contribution to the research community and the area of bioinformatics.
