Experiential rural tourism requires the direct involvement of the local population and tourists. The purpose of the study was to detail and examine the progress and experiences of the implementation of this type of tourism. The elements studied include communication, mutual respect, socio-economic growth, cultural authenticity, shared cultural customs, reciprocity, appreciation of cultural identity and environment; as well as the perceptions and experiences of visitors and local inhabitants. The method used was qualitative, complemented with techniques such as detailed interviews with the local population and visitors, participant observation in the performance of this activity and content study. The outcome shows the complexity of this practice, underlining the relevance of a collaborative and participatory approach that ensures fairness, mutual respect and long-term sustainability for visitors and local inhabitants. Likewise, challenges and tensions linked to power, representation, authenticity and cultural integration are recognized, with the aim of optimizing the distribution of economic benefits for a more inclusive and responsible tourism.

Extreme poverty has devastating consequences that are closely linked to living conditions. Begging has become an alternative for family support and children resort to a set of survival strategies on the street. The objective was to establish the determining factors of the begging condition of street children in the cities of Puno and Juliaca. The methodology was oriented from the mixed approach, descriptive design, the selected population was 20 children who beg in crowded places in the cities of Puno and Juliaca. The techniques used were: the standardized questionnaire, the in-depth interview guide, structured survey and participatory observation. Data analysis was done with Stata and Atlas Ti. The results were as follows: The begging factors in children are directly related to the extreme poverty of the family unit, by identifying more than three unsatisfied basic needs. The presence of tuberculosis and other diseases, as well as the presence of a disability in a family member, are the factors that force children to go out into the streets, some to sell products and beg, earning an average income of ten soles per day (three dollars) that is used to support the family. These children are not covered by social programs (Qali Warma, PVL, School Breakfasts).

This research work analyzes the severity of the risks of nomophobia in students of Regular Basic Education (EBR) in the Puno region, Peru. A descriptive observational approach was used to evaluate a sample of students from first to fifth year of secondary school, using the Nomophobia Questionnaire (NMP-Q). The main indicators evaluated included the frequency of mobile phone use, symptoms of anxiety or stress, impact on academic performance, social interactions, physical health problems, sleep quality and self-control capacity. The results indicated that 65% of students in state schools access the Internet only through their mobile phones, while 56% of students in private schools also use computers. In addition, 52 % of respondents use the Internet between 1 and 2 hours a day, while 25% use it between 3 and 4 hours. Anxiety symptoms were reported by 42% of students, while 45% reported a negative impact on their academic performance. 35% of students reported that mobile phone use affects their sleep quality, and 30% mentioned difficulties with self-control. These findings suggest the need for interventions to mitigate the effects of nomophobia in students.

The objective of the research is to obtain the economic benefits of drinking water projects using the parametric logit model, from an Invierte.pe perspective. The methodology applied was the parametric contingent valuation model using the Logit model to estimate the willingness to pay (WTP), information was collected through the application of surveys to project users on their willingness or unwillingness to pay an amount of money for improvement of the drinking water supply service. The result was a WTP of 4.27 soles and economic benefits of the project for the first year of 314,511.00 soles and for the twentieth year of 370,080.00 soles. In conclusion, it is possible to incorporate in Invierte.pe the parametric logit model in the estimation of economic benefits of drinking water projects.
