Dr. Jesús Salafranca is a Full Professor at the Escuela de Ingeniería y Arquitectura (EINA) at the University of Zaragoza. He obtained a doctorate in Chemical Sciences, specializing in Analytical Chemistry, at Zaragoza's University in 1997. He has many contributions to national and international conferences. His research interests include food packaging, analysis of environmental matrices, and, recently, the production of biohydrogen by fermentative means. He has produced about 40 papers in high-quality international journals reported in the Web of Science and Scopus, resulting in an h-index of 21, the publication of 3 book chapters, and more than 50 conference communications, most of them international.
